Awkwafina, one of the stars of “Crazy Rich Asians,” is selling her crazy-nice West Hollywood townhome, Dirt reported. The three-level condo is now available for $2,395,000.

Born Nora Lum in Queens, NY, the actress and comedian purchased the swanky spot in 2019 for $2.27 million.

The loft-style living space offers three levels, as well as a roof deck with a spa and awe-inspiring city views.

The entry opens into an open-plan living and dining area, with a fireplace and glass doors that open to a balcony.

A white, modern kitchen with two-tone cabinets and Viking stainless-steel appliances adjoins the dining atrium, which features soaring cathedral ceilings and eye-catching globe pendant lighting.

Upstairs, the master suite comes with a large walk-in closet and a luxurious bathroom, with dual vanities and glassed-in shower. There are also three en suite bedrooms.

A large bonus room or office has a separate entrance, as well as a kitchenette.

Other elements of the 3,500-square-foot apartment include dark wood flooring, four balconies, skylights, and a sound system with built-in speakers. The property comes with a two-car garage, complete privacy, and access to restaurants and shopping on lively Melrose Avenue.

The multitalented performer has an eye for real estate. In addition to letting go of her West Hollywood condo, she recently upgraded to a four-bedroom modern architectural in Bel-Air, according to Architectural Digest.

She paid $3.45 million for the architectural, which was designed by the architect Richard Dodson and built in 1991. It was initially listed in February for $3,495,000, so she was savvy enough to score a small discount.
