Another year, another real estate deal for “Die Hard” star Bruce Willis.
The New York property is still available for $11.9 million (a price cut from the initial ask of $12.95 million), but that doesn’t seem to have stopped the couple from moving ahead on their SoCal plans.
The brand-new, three-level home has 13,048 square feet of living space with seven bedrooms and 12 bathrooms. A double-height foyer leads to the formal living room with a fireplace and built-ins, as well as a formal dining room.
The open kitchen looks out to a family room featuring glass pocket doors that open to the patio and backyard, extending the living space outside.
The grounds feature a pool, spa, two cabanas, and a barbecue area. Upstairs is a master suite featuring dual closets, a fireplace, and private balcony.
Downstairs, there’s a full spa experience, with an indoor pool, sauna, and steam room. A home theater, gym, and family room are also located on the lower level.
In addition to placing their country house on the market, the couple also put their Upper West Side duplex on the market for $17.75 million in 2018. The swanky pad sold for asking price, according to the New York Post. However, the duo still have a foothold in the neighborhood. Last year, they purchased a smaller condo nearby for $7.9 million.
The 63-year-old won’t have too much time to enjoy either place—he’s starring in several upcoming films, including the just-completed “Motherless Brooklyn.”
