Carlos Santana is ready to play his last lick in a contemporary home he owns in Las Vegas.

The legendary guitar player has put his wonderfully smooth luxury home on the city’s western edge up for sale at a price of $2,795,000.

Santana purchased the home in 2019 for $2.3 million. Since the luxury home market in Las Vegas is “a hot one,” Santana stands to make a decent profit.

Built in 2016, the home features three bedrooms and five bathrooms, spread on 4,620 square feet of living space. Meanwhile, the rooms are extremely spacious. Numerous windows and double-height ceilings add to its airy feel.

Right on the cutting edge, it features Viking appliances, a large center island with seating, separate bar seating, and a glass-walled wine room.

The main floor includes a luxurious indoor-outdoor living room, with sliding floor-to-ceiling doors and walls of glass. In a nod to the desert climes, the space can serve as an outdoor patio in the winter and a cool indoor family room in the summer.

The home is set on a hilltop lot in the prestigious Ridges section of Summerlin, and the mountain views from the balconies are spectacular.

One of the balconies sits right off the elegant master bedroom. The large retreat also boasts a fireplace, a sitting area with a mini fridge, as well as a double-sized bathroom with stylish marble, quartz, and granite surfaces.

Santana, 73, is in the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame and has had a prodigious career spanning the decades. The guitarist’s first album was a hit back in 1969—the year he played on stage at Woodstock.

He’s earned 10 Grammys and scored an array of hits, including “Evil Ways,” “Black Magic Woman,” “Oye Como Va,” and “Smooth.”
