Is a buyer out there? “The X-Files” star David Duchovny is still searching for a sale of his beautiful Manhattan abode.

The apartment with Central Park views is back on the market, marked down to $5,995,000. The 61-year-old actor bought it in 2012 for $6,029,700.

As we previously reported, the upscale Upper West Side unit first became available in May 2021 for a hefty $7.5 million. The price dropped to $6,950,000 before it came off the market in November.

The luxe pad on the 19th floor of a landmark, prewar building is back with new representation. New listing photos show a few alterations and some switched-out furniture. But some elements didn’t change at all—and didn’t need to.

They include views of the Jacqueline Kennedy Onassis Reservoir in Central Park, oversized casement windows, and a terrace. Other appealing attributes include hardwood floors, high ceilings, and an abundance of closets.

The elegantly appointed apartment has three bedrooms and three bathrooms. You enter via a private elevator landing into a large foyer with gallery walls.

The 60-foot living room features views of the park, a fireplace, and access to a terrace.

The bedrooms are all en suite. The corner primary suite features park views and a bright double exposure. Duchovny, who is also a novelist, has a desk in the bedroom, should inspiration strike.

The 22-story, pet-friendly building from 1931 offers residents a fitness center, playroom, storage room, and bike room. The locale is close to restaurants, museums, and shops.

Duchovny, a two-time Golden Globe winner, is best known for playing Fox Mulder in the sci-fi TV series “The X-Files.” He also starred in the TV drama “Californication” and the Netflix comedy “The Bubble.” The Princeton and Yale graduate is also set to star, write, and direct a version of his own best-selling book, “Bucky F*cking Dent.”
