Former Utah Jazz coach Quin Snyder is letting go of his snazzy mansion in Salt Lake City. Snyder is asking for a hefty $12.75 million for the property, which is currently the most expensive home in the city.

After their disappointing first-round exit from the 2022 NBA playoffs, Snyder stepped aside after an eight-season run with the team. Now he’s moving on from his posh pad.

Built in 2018, the 12,383-square-foot abode features eight bedrooms and10 baths.

‘Magnificent’ modern farmhouse

Described as a “magnificent modern farmhouse,” the gated property offers views of Mount Olympus.

The mansion features a giant great room with a window wall and a large fireplace.

An adjoining sunroom with brick walls opens to a terrace and space to entertain.

Other highlights include a library, family room, and office.

The baller crib also comes with a gym, wine cellar, rec room, game room, and bar.

Head upstairs and find five bedrooms. The primary suite features walk-in wardrobes, dressing areas, built-ins, a fireplace, and a deck. The bath includes a steam shower.

Outside, there’s nearly 1,500 square feet of covered living space, complete with a fireplace and cooking, dining, and lounge areas.

Outdoor living space

Recreational options include an infinity-edge saltwater pool with a waterfall, a sport and pickle ball court, and a putting green.

A five-car garage and an elevator complete the listing.

“The owners created a home of superb livability and with the best of all of the state-of-the-art security, sound, and smart home features possible,” the listing states. “The amenity list goes on and on—this estate simply has everything.”

In addition to having everything, the location is top-shelf. The upscale area is nestled into the mountains with valley views and offers easy freeway access to the airport, canyons, and downtown.

Snyder, 55, resigned from his position with the Jazz in June after taking the team to six straight appearances in the NBA playoffs. He walks away as the second-winningest coach in the team’s history.
