Every story has a beginning, middle, and end. Some stories just take longer to get to the finale than others (“Game of Thrones,” we’re looking at you). That’s certainly the case with 50 Cent—the rapper extraordinaire/Vitamin Water mogul/metaphorical candy shop owner—who finally sold his 52,000-square-foot mansion12 years after he put it on the market.

Let’s put this in perspective: In 2007, the same year 50 Cent listed his Connecticut estate, the very first iPhone was announced. The Tesla Roadster was introduced to the world for the first time. And Barack Obama had just thrown his proverbial hat into the ring for president of the good ol’ USA.

In short: 50 Cent had his house on the market for a helluva long time. Why did it take so long to sell? Well, there were a few plot twists. We discuss on this week’s episode.

Speaking of nostalgia, the iconic home featured in “Full House” (and now “Fuller House”) is heading back onto the market next month. Would you buy the Tanner house if it meant you’d be subjected to throngs of people showing up every day to take selfies in front of your yard? We have mixed feelings.

On a lighter note: The term “death cleaning” was added to the dictionary this week. Erik’s struggling with the definition, but here’s a hint: It involves cleaning before you die. Are you on board?

And, as always, we’ve got the week’s celebrity real estate winners and losers. Our loser is rivaling 50 Cent for his home-selling abilities, while our winner offloaded his condo almost faster than he can shotgun a beer.
