Los Angeles Lakers point guard Russell Westbrook has just listed his massive Los Angeles home for a jaw-dropping $29,995,000.
The NBA star purchased the brand-new home in Brentwood Park in 2018 for $19.75 million. He could see a $10 million profit if he gets anywhere near his asking price.
Westbrook’s flashy fashion choices have made him almost as popular off the court as on, so it’s no surprise to see the sprawling home outfitted with only the best designer finishes.
The 13,425-square-foot home on a half-acre lot features “formal living and dining rooms, which have extravagant doorways, hardwood flooring, large windows, and custom wood moldings and trim,” according to the listing.
A spacious family room on the main floor boasts warm wood flooring, a wet bar, and a fireplace.
The enormous custom home features six bedrooms, eight bathrooms, and four fireplaces. The lower level has a second family room, as well as a formal bar, walk-in wine room, home theater, and gym.
The primary suite features a vaulted wood-paneled ceiling, spa bathroom lined with imported marble, private patio, and separate walk-in closets.
The spacious kitchen is equipped with a center island and includes a breakfast room that looks out to the park-like backyard.
Designed for entertaining, the backyard features a covered patio, heated pool and spa, kitchen with a built-in grill, and space for the kids to play.
The Long Beach native has shuffled other L.A. homes. After he moved into his Brentwood spread, the pro athlete listed his Beverly Hills mansion for just under $6 million in 2019. It was sold for $4,375,000 in 2020.
Westbrook is a nine-time All-Star and previously played for the Washington Wizards, Houston Rockets, and Oklahoma City Thunder. The 33-year-old joined the Lakers in 2021.
