“Gilmore Girls” star Lauren Graham has picked up a new place in the Los Feliz neighborhood, the website Dirt reported. She shelled out $2.7 million for the sweet spot.

Apparently, the purchase took place after she sold her longtime nearby Spanish-style estate for $6 million in an off-market deal to her next door neighbor.

The 55-year-old actress nearly doubled her money on that home, which she purchased in 2005 for $3.2 million from friend Portia de Rossi.

She didn’t go far following the sale. Instead, she snagged an adorable abode in the same vicinity that was previously owned by “Pretty Little Liars” star Ashley Benson.

While it’s no Stars Hollow, Los Angeles’ Laughlin Park enclave is highly sought after in its own right. The gated community of 60 landmark properties is a standout for its Hollywood history.

The neighborhood has been home to stars including Charlie Chaplin, W.C. Fields, and Cecil B. DeMille. More recent residents include Kristen Stewart, Natalie Portman, and Angelina Jolie.

Stylish space

The “fully remodeled” Spanish-style home from 1925 is a compact 2,000 square feet, but it’s big on style. Spanning three stories, the floor plan features three bedrooms and 3.5 bathrooms, dual balconies, and glass doors that showcase Griffith Park Observatory views.

Highlights of the $700,000 renovation include newly refinished vintage floors, a showstopper chef’s kitchen, and updated bathrooms. Plus, for the woman who played an over-caffeinated character for years on “Gilmore Girls,” there’s a swanky coffee setup as well.

The living room opens to one balcony. And a second balcony is perfect for outdoor dining. The compact space includes built-in seating and a fire pit.

The interior space also includes a formal dining room. And a luxurious primary suite boasts a glam marble bathroom with dual sinks as well as a separate tub and shower.

In addition, the lower level includes an attached studio or guest quarters with a separate entrance and full bath. The space isn’t permitted, so the square footage isn’t included in the official tally. But the bonus space adds an additional 500 square feet that could also be used as a gym or home office.

A two-car garage completes the gated property.

The Los Angeles transplant cut ties to Manhattan with the sale of her West Village apartment in 2018. That updated one bedroom, one-bathroom abode sold for the list price of $825,000.

Graham starred in the beloved series “Gilmore Girls,” and then went on to star in another fan favorite, “Parenthood.” She reprised her role of the fast-talking Lorelai for the “Gilmore Girls” reunion mini-series on Netflix in 2016. Most recently, she starred in the Disney Plus series “The Mighty Ducks: Game Changers.”
