Pop star Katy Perry has sold a harmonious home in Beverly Hills, CA, according to Mansion Global.

The swanky estate was sold for $18 million, which is less than the list price of $19,475,000 in late March.

Perry will basically break even on the property, which she purchased in 2017 for $17,995,000.

Located in a “guarded celebrity enclave,” according to the listing, the contemporary Regency-style home features forested grounds and a tree-lined driveway.

The ivy-covered estate was built in 1959. The five-bedroom residence spans 5,427 square feet and features designer decor and a colorful palette throughout.

Highlights include a sky-lit entry gallery, a step-down living room with a fireplace, a wood-paneled library, and a lower-level family/media room and gym.

The primary suite includes a fireplace, marble bath, and double closets.

The scenic grounds include a grassy lawn, infinity pool, and outdoor dining terrace.

The property comes with parking space for “dozens of cars” as well as on-site security.

The chart-topper sold an adjacent home that she had picked up for $7,450,000 in 2018. Perry had intended to use it as a guesthouse for family and friends, but she changed her mind and listed it in 2020 for $7,950,000.

It was sold in May 2021 for $7,475,000. Perhaps it was slightly oversized for spill-over visitors? The gated four-bedroom, 4,400-square-foot dwelling featured lush landscaping and a pool.

The “Roar” singer has since pounced on a Montecito estate that she bought with her partner Orlando Bloom for $14.2 million in 2020.

The couple may now be spending more time at the ocean-view villa, which they are renovating. Along with six bedrooms and 12 baths, the home from 1928 features a guesthouse, detached office, pool, cabana, and tennis court.

Perry, 37, recently completed a Las Vegas residency and serves as an “American Idol” judge.

Brett Lawyer with Hilton & Hyland represented the seller. Peter Maurice with Rodeo Realty represented the buyer.
