Fans of “The Real Housewives of New York City” can live it up like a real housewife this summer.
Rent is a hefty $95,000 for July and $110,000 for August. If you book the two months, you’ll get a $10,000 discount.
De Lesseps purchased the vacation getaway in 2013 for $3.1 million, according to Realtor.com®. The home was listed in 2018 for $6,250,000. It was also available for lease in summer 2021.
Stylish in Sag Harbor
Built in 1835, the four-bedroom, four-bathroom abode has been “artfully renovated for casually sophisticated Hamptons living,” the listing states. Featuring Greek Revival architecture, the home is located in Sag Harbor Cove and comes with a private dock.
Comfortable and chic, the stylish space features bright interiors. It has wide-plank wood floors, three fireplaces, and multiple access points to the outdoors.
The 2,500-square-foot layout includes a living room, an eat-in kitchen, and three fireplaces. Out back there’s a dining area and a lush lawn that rolls out to the water and the dock.
The property includes a fully winterized studio with a full bath, and the location is close to shops, galleries, and nightlife in the village.
Hudson River home
De Lesseps acquired the title of countess from her marriage to Count Alexandre de Lesseps in 1993. She relinquished the title upon her second marriage, to Tom D’Agostino Jr. They divorced in 2017.
The “Real Housewives of New York City” cast member had decided to move upstate at one point. But she bought her getaway in Port Ewen in 2018, before she embarked on her popular cabaret show, “Countess and Friends.” She ended up not using the getaway as much as she had hoped.
The cool cottage did serve as the backdrop of some serious “Housewives” drama when she and her castmates headed up to the place in Season 11.
Listed in June 2020 for $1.15 million, the midcentury modern dwelling sold for $1.2 million later that year.
De Lesseps is a longtime cast member of “The Real Housewives of New York City.” She also headlines “Countess and Friends,” which is currently on tour.
