Wolf Rock Brewing Company: Opened in 2006, this Keystone brewpub offers an impressive array of standby beers as well as seasonal selections available only in Summit County. Just recently, the restaurant started offering a brunch option for patrons.

Breckenridge Brewery: Known as the oldest brew pub in the Summit County area, Breckenridge was founded by Richard Squire back in 1990. Arguably one of the more nationally recognizable breweries in Colorado, Breckenridge offers two seating levels, high-definition televisions, a wide variety of bar foods and access to some of the best beer in Colorado.

The Backcountry Brewery: Located on Frisco Street, in the northern part of Summit County, Backcountry Brewery is the second oldest brewpub in the county. Serving the residents of the surrounding area for over 12 years, this brewpub features regular standbys like the Telemark IPA, Ptarmigan Pilsner and Peak One Porter, just to name a few. The brewery also offers summertime seating and a game room for children.

The Dillon Dam Brewery: Found in arguably the smallest town in Summit County, Dillon, the Dillon Dam Brewery is one of two celebrated breweries in the county. Dillon Dam was co-founded by former brew master at Breckenridge, Mike Reed, in the mid-‘90s and has since gone on to win various awards and accolades including a gold medal at the 2002 World Beer Cup.

Pug Ryan’s Brewery: Since Dillon is considered the smallest town in Summit County, Pug Ryan’s Brewery, Dillon Dam’s “sister” brewery, takes the cake for the smallest brewery in Summit County. This isn’t saying much considering the brewpub has won 16 separate medals at various festivals since its creation in the 1990s.
