TV personality Tracey Edmonds is working on a new production—a real estate story. She’s just listed her contemporary home in L.A.’s Sherman Oaks neighborhood for sale at $1,795,000 or rent at $11,000 a month.

If you can afford the 20% down payment ($359,000), then the $9,390 monthly payment would appear to be the better use of your hard-earned cash. But if you’re in it for the short term, the $11,000 per month could suit you just fine.

Edmonds bought the home, originally built in 1978, for $1,460,000 in 2017, and then began an elegant remodel.

The home measures 4,013 square feet and has three bedrooms and 2.5 baths. Listing agent Mica Rabineau of Nourmand & Associates in Beverly Hills describes the place as “a beautiful three-story home, set back away from the street.”

That setback affords the place all the privacy any self-respecting celebrity craves.

Rabineau also notes that the home is set on a hillside south of Ventura Boulevard (which is filled with trendy restaurants and shops), and has great views of the mountains and the valley.

The best views are reserved for the master suite, which takes up the entire third level. It includes an intriguing sunroom, which can be used for working out or relaxing in; a huge walk-in closet; and a master bath with a jetted tub, travertine and glass shower, and two separate vanities.

The views from the floor-to-ceiling windows in the living room are also exceptional. The living room opens to a spacious kitchen equipped with top-of-the-line appliances and an island.

The dining area is separated from the kitchen by the island, which can double as a granite-topped serving bar.

Other chic updates include LED lighting, hardwood and tile flooring, and high ceilings with exposed beams.

Edmonds, 52, was formerly married to Kenneth “Babyface” Edmonds, and is currently engaged to football legend Deion Sanders. She was a host on the show “Extra” from 2015 to 2017 and is currently an executive producer of the BET series “Games People Play.”
